The scheme is running every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3rd and 31st August. It allows you to get a 50% discount on food or non-alcoholic drinks to eat or drink in (up to a maximum of £10 discount per diner) and you can use it as many times as you like
You don’t need a voucher and you can use it at the same time as other offers and discounts. There is no minimum spend. Alcoholic drinks and service charges are not included.
The discount will be automatically available to you at participating establishments. Establishments will then claim a reimbursement from the government for the discount they’ve given you – so there’s no faff with printing vouchers out.

There’s literally hundreds of places to choose from!!
You can search using your postcode on the gov.uk website HERE and it will list the 100 places closest to you.
You can also download a free app HERE which offers much more information (maps, contact details etc) and you can search the establishments by food type eg Chinese or Italian, whatever you fancy!
Pre booking is required at a lot of the establishments, so always check before making a journey.
Here’s a list of some of South Leeds Mumbler’s favourites – these are places we’ve visited and can personally recommend as being child friendly (and just generally friendly!). Please bear in mind the pubs may have some restrictions around children in the evenings. But of course this isn’t an exclusive list so do look at all the options in your area!
