Classes range from birth right through primary school – there is something for everyone.
Baby Yoga starts from 12 weeks – crawling. Designed for parent and baby to do together, they nourish the natural development of your baby physically and mentally – helping to improve coordination, align hormones, contribute to brain development and improve sleep patterns. It also allows parents time to relax and unwind in a calm and gentle environment.
Stretch with Stories is for older babies up to age 4. In this faster-paced class we read a book and practice yoga based on the story intertwining songs, nursery rhymes and games to keep your little ones engaged.
Kids Yoga classes are after school for those aged 4 -10 where we move to themed classes and start to look deeper into yoga. Still full of fun and games but now introducing relaxation, mindfulness and breathing techniques to help calm the mind, aid sleep, relax the body and reduce anxiety.
Family Yoga allows parents and children to practice yoga together (ages 3-10). Great fun, full of energy but also providing the opportunity to relax together.

At Award-winning ARTventurers we run colourful, creative (often messy!) art, craft and creative play sessions for babies, toddlers and children!
The aim of ARTventurers sessions is to nurture and develop your child’s creativity. We provide them with the opportunities, guidance, inspiration and materials to EXPLORE, experiment and EXPRESS themselves through a range of COLOURFUL art, creative and sensory activities.
