Do you feel your baby or child is waking more times than is necessary during the night? Have you forgotten what it’s like to have a peaceful, child-free meal in the evenings? My name is Samantha Bell and I am an accredited Baby & Child Sleep Consultant. I have been lucky enough to work directly with children and their wonderful parents for over 20 years now. One of the most challenging aspects of life with a small human-being, and perhaps one of the most talked about, is sleep deprivation! Having seen, first-hand, the negative impact that this can have on the whole family, I now aim to help parents understand and set up healthy sleeping habits, teach their babies or children to sleep independently and peacefully, and tackle sleep difficulties with confidence and self-assuredness.
No matter what your circumstances are, or your parenting style, I will work closely with you to put a tailor-made plan in place which takes into account your family’s unique needs. I want you to feel comfortable and happy with the methods we choose and able to work through them at a pace that suits you. I will always be encouraging you to use your own, wonderful instincts and add to the plan as your confidence builds throughout the following weeks of support too. (None of the methods I teach involve controlled crying or leaving your baby to cry).
